SysMaster Adds IVR Server and Multi-Routing Functionality to its VoIP Gateway

SysMaster Corporation, a leading provider of Voice-over-IP and networking solutions for the enterprise, announced today that it has added advanced IVR server and Multi-Routing functionality to its VoIP Gateway. Both features make the SysMaster VoIP Gateway a unique product in the VoIP industry.
SysMaster IVR Server is a state of the art Multi-Lingual IVR server that supports over 10 languages and Multilanguage prompts. All server voice menu files are fully customizable and can be stored either locally or remotely. In addition to standard features, the IVR server also offers advanced functionality, such as selective language retrieval based on the IP address of the requesting party. When integrated with SysMaster VoIP Gateway, the IVR server allows easy implementation of customized languages and prompts based on reseller batches.
The Multi-Routing functionality enables SysMaster VoIP Gateway to support unlimited number of call routes allowing the creation of unlimited number of inbound and outbound dialing plans. Those plans can be bound to PSTN lines, inbound Network IP Addresses/Network Segments, or inbound end-points. In addition, the dialing plans can be time based to support Time-of-the-Day and Least Cost Routing (LCR).
